The Ensuite Dunny has a rounded roof and was the forerunner to the modern ensuite bathroom. A fuel (copper boiler) provide hot water for a cast iron or galvanized iron bath, which was far more comfortable than the round tubs used previously. Some may have had a galvanised iron screen to provide privacy and to stop the winter wind.
